Fall Spiritual Conference Invitation & Metropolis Board Applications

This year’s Fall Spiritual Conference, “Gather, Reflect, Renew,” will be held on October 26–28, 2025, at Saint Nicholas Ranch and Retreat Center.

This gathering is a special opportunity to come together in fellowship, to reflect on our faith and our mission, and to renew our spirits for the work that lies ahead. The program will include meaningful presentations, spiritual reflections, hands-on service, and time to share in friendship, love, and laughter. My hope is that every Chapter will be represented.

The Registration Table will open at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 26th.  For those arriving early, you are invited to attend Vespers at 4:00 pm.  Dinner will be at 5:00 pm at the Monastery.  The Conference will begin at 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 27th  and end Tuesday morning following breakfast. Each Chapter may have up to three delegates participate at the Conference.  Additional Chapter members may attend as observers (non-voting participants).  Please click CONFERENCE REGISTRATION below to complete the registration process.
